Melbourne Driveway Doctors will be servicing our customers as long as government bodies allow with strict guidelines and compliance to any and all restrictions put in place by the Victorian Government.

Some of the precautions we are undertaking to continue to provide a safe service are;

All staff undergo a daily temperature check

Full Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including mask, gloves, clothing coverings and sanitized samples

Office staff have been working from home where possible and others have been spaced at greater distances;

Regular sanitization of our factory and greater working distances between team members

We are practising safe social distances and now have the option available to all clients for a contactless Quotes, services provided, invoicing and payment methods.

Contactless Consultations:

We acknowledge that some members of our community are more vulnerable than others and for these members, we have begun offering fully contactless consultations. All you need is a modern phone, tablet or computer with a webcam (Chrome installed) and we can visit your home wearing full protective equipment, measure the area you wish to have cleaned and then run you through your options via web conference, FaceTime etc.

If you are in quarantine:

If you are isolated due to quarantine as a result of recent travel or recent contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 then, unfortunately, we can not attend your home while you are there until your 14 day isolation period is completed. Sorry, but this is a necessary precaution for the safety or our team, their families and our other customers.
